Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in cases of withdrawal before the academic session begins or under exceptional circumstances approved by the school administration.

Refund Process

• Withdrawal before session start: 90% refund of tuition fees (admission fee is non-refundable)
• Withdrawal within first month: 50% refund of remaining term fees
• After first month: No refund applicable

Processing Time

All approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the date of approval and credited to the original payment method.
